Flights and Transit
For those coming in from out of town without a car, you can fly in to Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) and rent a car from there. The drive is about 2 hours into the Cascade Mountains to Leavenworth. There may be snow on the roads in January so a winter-ready rental may be a good idea. You will need a car to get to the venue however a shuttle from Leavenworth may be arranged by the families. Reach out to us for details on that.
Lodging
While no formal arrangements or reservations have been made for wedding guests, Leavenworth offers a range of lodging opportunities from hotels and quaint bed and breakfasts to vacation rental cabins among the trees, lakes, and river outside the village.
There are 4 rooms at the venue's bed & breakfast which are available for $250/night (tax incl.), reach out to Sean or Jillian for details if you are interested.
What to Wear
This winter wedding will pair well with your formal attire. Be sure to bring a coat for the outdoor ceremony, but you can take it off as we move inside for dinner and dancing!
Explore
Beyond outdoor skiing, snowshoeing and other activities in the Cascades, Leavenworth is a vibrant village featuring food and drink as well as little sights like the Nutcracker Museum which has nutcrackers dating back centuries. An ice carving festival as well as the winter lights will be on display and occurring during the weekend.
